Adi and SRK are no longer on such good terms since Yashji died. Adi did not promote Fan properly and also he "convinced" SRK to move Raees out of the Eid date so they could release Sultan, hes also a backstabber like KJo

Dhoom 3 was a bad movie, it just made money because of the franchise so there is no guarantee that Dhoom 4 will be good, especially since now supposedly only CONTENT sells 😆

And that, even if, in between, he did deliver some good/entertaining movies... there was a lack of trust (so to say) in the content being as good as it was in previous years?

At last paragraph: That is exactly why I was asking questions. Because it's not like he is a bad actor... and he has a huge fanbase.. so it was weird seeing his movie earn less and less- or not deliver in huge sums ..as was probablty expected..from him.

Don't know what really is good content. Have been hearing this thing for quite some time in BWF.😆 Baaghi 2 worked, Simmba worked, TZH worked, heck even Judwaa 2 worked.😆 So I suppose if a movie works at box office then it's good content, or maybe it's good content only when it's a technically well-made film? The definition of content changes as per convenience of whether it's your favourite's film or not.😆

Even if , like you have said in @red ...it might be that SRK is, indeed, only interested in VFX? He still would try some changes.. right? IS not like..okay now he gives up acting or anything.

Question: Do you think if he did something like Scared Games he would ..regain some of the old footing ? Or do you think TV is still loolked down too much in India for him to get into a series?

Yes he did lose credibility in that sense..TBT I still like watching his IVs, he is a very very intelligent and magnanimous personality. frankly this forum has always been very biaised to SRK..always claiming he is the best Khan of the three..but just hasnt chosen the right scripts...how can an imaginary analysis be made on his potential versatility, when he just hasnt succeeded anytime he really went out of his comfort zone - remember Paheli, Asoka, Fan etc? Also Aamir has always been criticised here for his "clinical" performances..but all of those movies have worked on the BO..barring TOH..surely the larger audience is not stupid in their assessment everytime..?

another TBT moment is that I genuinely thought Zero would turn things around for him..since the trailer was well received and got a very positive response..again too bad really that it was just so bad..

Take away DDLJ and KKHH from his career and he is left with nothing to celebrate in his entire career. All his movies flopped outside dharma and YRF. Whatever stardom hed had was all thanks to media due to his closeness with Congress and underworld influence in Bollywood.

Now with those two factors out of scene, he is back to where he originally belonged..I.e out of bollywood😆

In today's time even people like vicky and rajkumar rao have 100 cr movies under their belt in just few years of their career. Now this is the real connect whether media hypes them or not they are proving their worth where it matters.

Though y'all can still cry for shahrukh Khan's demise as a superstar as if its a recent thing .. the fact is he was done n dusted long back from a neutral perspective.😆😆
