who has carefully cultivated an image of an ideal husband and doting father --> this clue is definitely not about Shahid. This clue fits Akki better and he for sure has a female trainer and there is the Pooja Hegde rumours.

There were always rumors about Akki's affair. He never had an ideal husband image. He only cultivated desh bhakht image since last few years.

Regardless of whoever the blind points out, Shahid always shows off ideal hubby & father image on social media.

Shahid can have a trainer too. Most of them have freelance trainer depending on requirements alongside with regular ones. He doesn't socialize but except for Kangu, he hit all his co-actors 😆

Btw i ain't saying its him. Can be Akki too. But Shahid has these blinds too often even in PC's reception too.

on second thoughts, Kangu shouldve sent emails to shahid... mira maar maar ke aisa haal kar deti, ki hamesha ke liye emails se durr rehti. 😆

After Reshma Shetty started managing Akki he has cultivated an image of an ideal husband and doting father. Before Reshma Akki Twinkle and the kids hardly get papped or they never post lovey dovey stuff on social media but now they constantly post lovey dovey stuff and pics.. They do all the couple ads and stuff even

Shahid marriee recently and since his marriage he has the same image of showing off his married life,wifey nothing changed for him to get an image makeover

I think the blind is indicating Shahid and Kiara.

As Shahid and Kiara both are required to kiss each other countless times for the sake of their characters in 'Kabir Singh' movie, so such link-up rumors and blinds are inevitable. I never ever believe in these blinds coz they don't really give any strong evidences except of creating some scopes to spread rumours.

It's funny to see how some are claiming that there's something must be cooking between Shahid and Kiara just coz Shahid called her in Koffee with Karan (when he was required to call two Bollywood actors). Come on, Shahid told it himself in the same show that he's not really that much close with any of the Bollywood actors, hence he called Kiara as she's currently working with him.

Moreover just two days ago Shahid commented under Mira's instagram post saying, "Look at that beauty! Lucky to have you in my life." That's not really a show-off but a way to express his affection as he barely ever comments on her social media.

At least Shahid still manages to spend quality time with his family.
