Yeah it was during Sonam's wedding when he was busy dancing the night away. He was even facetiming her when Arjun posted an insta story of Ranveer's from the party. Deepika had had a bad day at Met Gala with a lot of criticism on her styling in that red dress but she bounced back in Cannes and I do feel it had a lot to do with his pep talk. Deepika at Cannes was so confident and the tongue sticking out in her pink dress was IMO meant for her haters. She almost channeled her inner Ranveer there. Ranveer kept showing his support on insta too from Met Gala to Cannes hyping each look of hers.
