So sad. What's with the sudden spike in Cancer in Bollywood?

At least these people can afford the best of hospitals in the world and get the best treatment. What about common people who probably don't even get regular check-ups done (as in Cancer is already mostly in an advanced stage when diagnosed).

Actors and Actresses or Pop artists musician and singer are rich yes. But they are not still amongst the 1% or the 1% of the 1% meaning the 0.1%.

And most the politicians that you mentioned here died a quite some time ago. About 10 to 20 years ago. That is a lot of time for breakthroughs in medicine and pharmaceutical industies.

The only one you mentioned that is recently is only John McCain.

Steve Jobs' case is actually more complicated than just cancer. Apart from the tumor and cancer he had other complications. He also had somekind of hormone imbalance that he had been suffering for months if not years.

Steve Jobs had pancreatic cancer which is deadly in itself even when found early. On top of that he refused chemo and surgery and sped up his death x 100 by going natural way which IMO is always a disastrous and deadly decision. He could have delayed the inevitable by several years even but chose to do acupuncture and what not, really sad.

Edit: Seems like he had a less aggressive version of pancreatic cancer ( i think similar to what Irrfan has) and he refused surgery until it was too late
