How do you know whether Suhana will fail or not ? She is not even there yet.

Jhanvi cannot fail since she has Papa Jo. 😆 I really thought after SOTY, Alia would fail 😆, did she ?

Sara need not be there even. She's already there what we call as success 😉. She has managed to pull some 'Oh-I-am-too-good-to-watch-BW' guys to get catching movies for her 😆.

No idea on the rest but Athiya Shetty surely wont work.

Who says looks is the criteria for success? SRK is a big superstar, but he isn't the best looker or the best actor of his time.
And connections? AB Jr, Uday chopra, Arjun Kapoor got multiple chances but they didn't make it.
Critical acclaim for debut or BO success of the debut doesn't say much either. Alia was eurgh in SOTY but she is now a much polished actor. Same for Deepika.
It's a combination of talent, good choices, luck, professional conduct, looks and connections. Not everyone has all this, some have many so they will make it.

SRK is a man. In commercial Bollywood films, heroes don't have to be good looking. That explains why Ajay, SRK, Ranveer etc are successful. Name one commercial BW actress that has been successful and was terrible looking. I rest my case.

I agree with you. RKR despite his average looks is quite successful can same be said about someone like Swara Bhaskar? Only Radhika is one who is successful despite her average looks but that too has to do with Netflix and she didn't have any major BOhits in her career yet (She had a really small role in Andhadhun)

Jhanvi is delicate, feminine,sober person and decent actress n a graceful dancer. She will gain slowly n steadily.

Tara is a born superstar.

I dont know about the rest but suhana is already a failure even before making a debut. She better choose a non glamorous career for her own mental balance.

Sara was way heavier then sona, in her columbia days, see kwk you will know

But there are both men and women in this newcomers list. Also, AB Jr, Arjun etc are men who weren't successful even after many chances.

PS. Don't restrict this to commercial Bollywood films. This year was enough proof that non commercial ones work if done right and biggest commercial films fail if their essence is crap

Why should one wish failure upon someone we have not even seen acting yet? This poll is very distasteful. Its not even an even poll some have debuted while many others have not. Don't think we should write them off without even giving a chance.

At the begining of her career even Sonakshi got slew of superhits and blockbusters playing flower pot roles in Salman, Akshay, Ajay movies. She had such a great momentum and buzz around the time of her debut. But where is she now?

Eta: Sonakshi was als critically acclaimed for her preformance in Lootera.

So I would give all the star kids a couple of years before I would right them off.
