When Sara was casted I so wanted deepu to be there insteadi.. Wanted one happy ending movie for them... But I am happy she isn't there... Firstly people could see his achievement on his own and secondly, Sara had a small role too.

some analysts have them below avg and some have them as just breaking even average. ultimately, these movies didn't really move the needle at all.

DP would have been a overkill really. I always knew this guy was meant to be the quintessential Bollywood masala hero! Now he has proven he can do any role with equal aplomb! I am so proud of him! 😭

More than overkill Deepika is too huge an entity to do the role Sara did. Also i feel side romances need a fresh pairing. And Sara was exactly that.

Sui Dhaga was barely a hit, but a hit.

Neither flopped, just that they didn't do as well as Varun Dhawan's movie should do.

Ranveer and Rohit had come to a Marathi show 'Chala, Hawa yeyu dya' to promote Simmbaa and the show's comedy team performed a skit, where it happens 😆

It was a riot and when the host asked Rohit, how he liked the movie, he said, 'Will you give me the rights, I will make a remake' 😆
