Does anyone else think Khan's stardom is made-up by the whole bollywood gang? Just like how Ranbir is made out to be some great actor by the bollywood directors, but he sort of plays the same ole characters... Khan's stardom equals to zero lately. Their films are falling badly. Even if the film was bad... the film would've made more money because of their stardom... so their stardom is nonexistent and is in their head?

No , Salman with terrible reviews and supporting cast dragged race 3 to 105 weekend

Aamir gave highest opening with disastrous reports with TOH

These movies probably would have collapsed below 100 LT with other actors

No the numbers are the prove. Maybe at this stage (2018) all of them are on a downturn. But its not lies that one of the 3 starred in the highest grossing film of the year 2007-2017. The collections are there for everyone to see.

Like some said Khans were overhyped in 1990s rather than Ajay/Akshay. I mean its not some agenda its the truth. DDLJ/HAHK were bigger hits than Mohra or Najayaaz 😆😆😆

Remember what John said that big stars cause ticket prices to rise up for their films and that increases the amount they earn LOL

Consider the amount of money and promotions behind these movies and the fact that they are always released on festive season.

I mean the fact that they are able to charge higher ticket prices means that they have stardom.

Charging a premium is the textbook definition of brand equity.

No. I think that's the opposite. When you have a lot of something, you will likely lower the price (e.g. price of wheat is lower when higher production of wheat). If you're releasing a film in select theatres you're likely to have a higher price. Supply/Demand. Zero, Tubelight, TOH higher supply higher price and shitty product will yield a lower profit.
