Weird people.. Varun is not hiding his relationship status and trying to act close with alia for PR. He is open about his relationship with Natasha so it is better if his fans accept it. And GF BF ka saath nahin tho kis ka saath jayage

Alia is with Ranbir (PR or not that is different case)
