Ajay & Kajol Devgn Koffee With Karan Episode Discussion Thread!!! - Page 8

Everyone who has interacted with me here and know me well enough, know that I am no Kajol fan at all. But there's something about this episode that I loved. And I would have to say out of all the episodes that have aired so far, I have enjoyed this one the most for this season. Kajol came on as genuine and real... not rude, not fake like previous seasons. She was in her comfort zone and presented herself really well.

Coming to Ajay... I always loved the guy on and off screen - despite all the rumors surrounding him which I refuse to believe. Everyone has a past they are not happy about... everyone has had their own issues to sort. But on this episode he came across as so genuine and simple. He's a reserved guy, but his actions and simplicity speaks volumes. I always wondered how two complete opposite individuals like them could make it work... but they did and they are still going strong. They are one of the most adoring couples in the industry today and I hope they are together for a lifetime and beyond because they are a match made in heaven.

Even Karan came across as genuine.. his apology and describing how bad he felt came straight from the heart. Good to see two great friends patch up!

Ajay killed it with his Kaal answer!! The best answer overall for this season so far. I'm so happy that Kajol said "Rani is family... I know they have their differences, but what siblings/cousins don't? It's ya - the audience and media - who loves to create controversy and stuff. Everyone things something to talk about.

In conclusion, everything about this episode was perfect. Nothing felt scripted or fake. What a sweet family they are. :)

I have read a lot about Ajay's philandering ways in this Forum, his EMA and Kajol being a doormat but they seemed quite sorted and happily married couple. People can always say they are faking it and all that stuff but they really seemed quite genuine. I liked Ajay's SOH and the way he talked, very decent and calm, not OTT. Kajol was energised and he was laid back. Karan, I feel, was biased giving that hamper to Kajol, I liked Ajay's answers better. It was a good episode.

PS looking forward to next week's episode though, it looked like lots of fun in the precap.

Ummm I am pretty old. Not as old as them but old. I don't know why people say such things like it's not love...like as if love/sex goes away after kids...like you stop existing as a human being? The only way I see a marriage that exists for care is the one where it's essentially broken but they stick around for the kids. This is most marriages probably.

She is not a doormat. She is a mother. When she was 18/20 she said she wants to be a mom. That was her dream. She will do anything for her kids.

It is not accepting. He might not have articulated properly. But when you are newly weds or young you do all lovie dovie things and can not have enough of them type love. The hormones play the huge part also. It's more physically demonstrating thing. When you grow and have teenage kids it will become caring type. Like you find solace in them.

most marriages in BW are open marriages I guess..😕 and then frankly if the couple is ok with it..then IDK why should I judge them..BW stars never said that they are epitome of morality or loyalty lol..in any case it happens outside BW too..more so in the high societies, where people stay in the marriage to not disturb the equilibrium, but philander away for "novelty factor"🤔😵
