You must be kidding with the first line. What he said without context isn't problematic. But with context as in when he said that which let me state again since it isn't registering god knows why-she's fixing the mic on her chest area- is supremely problematic.

And as the #MeToo movement as brought to the forefront one doesn't have to physically touch to be a creep. There's sexual innuendos and passes that also register in that domain. Ranbir's 'do you need help' when she's fixing her mic to her blouse near her chest area is a sexual pass. Period. Any woman/man without a bias in their head will tell you so. What's this nonsense about girlfriend and boyfriend. How's that the point. To enunciate, a lot of girlfriends/boyfriends let their significant other get away with tons of problematic things. Doesnt mean they aren't problematic.

The morality and ethics when it comes to being creepy and making sexual passes is pretty black and white. There is no grey area there. So regardless of whatever relationship two people share a sexual pass at a workplace is a sexual pass. Either people can turn a blind eye to it because they are used to it or they are plain naive. If its the latter which I hope it is, one needs to get more aware of it. Normalising stuff like this is insane. Its not even debatable.
