Lisa Hayden makes sense too. But I don't think her and her husband are part of the Bollywood socialite clique so there wouldn't be much gossip about them. Asin and her husband are IMO.

Asin quit acting after she got married so I don't think she would be still referred to as an actress. Also Asin does not hang out with her bollywood friends Sonam and Jacquline anymore. She was not present at any of Sonam's wedding functions nor did Sonam or Jacky wished her on social media when her baby was born. Akshay is her husband's friend.

Lisa makes more sense.

I don't remember the details but I want to say that other than Akshay most of Bollywood missed Asin's wedding or weren't invited.

Lisa Haydon - I am not sure if they would call her young actor and it also mentions about illustrious parents.
