trailer is okayish because it hardly reveal anything but effects are very good.

Effects are good and will look great on the big screen .

Robot was super entertaining to watch because of Chitti's entertaining robotic acts coupled with the action in the climax ...this one just seems to be about the action part.

^^ VFX is better than the teaser, but considering how bad I thought the teaser effects were that's not really saying much. The whole concept of a villain made of cell phones is just nuts to me, and as I said in my first post, Rajnikant and his bad wig are making it worse.

I don't watch South Indian movies so I don't know anything about this director. I'm also very indifferent towards Rajnikant which is probably sacrilege to some 😆. So I'm judging this with no sentimental or positive or negative preconceived thoughts. In my opinion it was just really bad.

Krrish 3 had 1/5th its Budget and crap Redchillies to do VFX. Not Rs. 550 Crores and International VFX firms like 2PointZero. And YET, it looked like a Masterpiece thanks to Super Talented Hrithik who himself is a SuperHuman and SuperHero! 😳

This one is worse than Zero! And they have spent Rs.550 CRORES for THIS?! Where did ALL the money go? 🤔 Even Robot Fight scenes VFX was better than this! Entire movie concept itself looks cartoonish and weak. Mobile phones hurting birds 🤪And Why is Akshay looking like Tinu Anand? 🤣

The background music is the best thing about the trailer.

The VFX is not the problem here. It's good for Indian cinema standards, and it'll look much better in big screen with 3D glasses. But the story is so stupid. I had the same problem with Bahubali. It's VFX was also great but the story was just average. Visual effects and action scenes are not enough to make a good movie.

And when we have access to Hollywood movies, whose VFX is much better, then why should we watch a Bahubali or 2.0, unless the plot is interesting enough?

Also Akki looks like a caricature of a villain. He's only casted to bring the North Indian audience, otherwise the role could've been played by any other lesser known actress. Rajini as usual is good in his element.

villain isn't made up of cell phones, Akshay is playing a bird lover, who seeks to end the cell phones which is in a way causing death of birds.
So this movie has potential, obviously it can be another Flying Jatt, with great idea but poor execution, but that was directed by Remo, this is by Shankar.

And no effects aren't bad at all.
Obviously not horrific as Desigal said.
