I think arjun reddy is more famous for it's direction and the acting of the male lead than it is for it's story...The story is stupid ans arjun is a complete asshole...however the way he acted and how his suffering was directed, it was awesome imo...i preferred second half to first half...Female lead is a dumbo, she is just there that's it...idk how shahid does it...i just hope he doesn't go Udta punjab way and go OTT just cause the protagonist is aggresive

Haven't watched the movie.. just read its plot line and watched the trailer.. Wasn't the lead being a douche and stalker? 😕 Will this glorifying be celebrated in Bollywood, now that there is a complete shift in sensibilities of the audience?

You have to see the quality of acting and dialogues delivered by the actors. Compared to the three (Shahid, Saif, Abhishekh), Shahid is a better actor and that's why directors are keen on taking him on their films. Saif is also a good actor but sometimes his expressions get dull according to my opinion.

Abhishekh is out of the league since a long time, remove the tagline of Big B, then he is nothing.😛

Who knows, whether they will bring changes in the climax like Dhadak which was way different then Sairat...I just hope this works for Shahid and he might have chosen this coz of the plot changes, as I predict. Only time will tell this.

Vijay Deverakonda was iconic as Arjun Reddy. The film is an absolute masterpiece. Raw emotions. I loved it.

I have full confidence that Shahid will ruin it for sure.

Just because he can grow a thick beard, he is cast as Arjun Reddy. Tsk tsk. Even the tamil remake looks pale in comparison to the original.

how does shahid not have swag he was awesome as rockstar in udta punjab, and in haider, why do people want shahid to flop? he has had some of the most memorable movies in the last 10 years, i can watch jab we met every day, as well as kaminey, r rajkumar, and his acting in batty gul meter chalu was perfect.
