The most amusing part is that we do have the home grown talent to do GREAT VFX. The winner for Interstellar's VFX was an Indian owned company , I don't get why we lack so badly in this department. I guess it is the costs.

It was bound to happen. They probably chose their in house VFX company to save costs /increase their footprint in BW instead of giving it to the best in business which is Prime Fo cus and Red Chillies.

Even a relatively newer VFX company like VFXwala did such a good job on Bajirao Mastani which was 50% VFX.

It's not just low budgets that are the problem. It's carelessness. Dhoom 3 also had some poor VFX. Aamir was running down the side of buildings and his feet weren't even touching the base. 😆

YRF saw money in VFX and jumped in without having good experience with it.

That's interesting to know! Wonder why BW movies don't such Indian owned companies

Half the budget of the movie prolly went into paying aamir and AB fees. They prolly only had small amount left after the international shooting cost and big sets and costumes.

Adi couldve at least sent the important parts of the films to experienced vfx companies.

Aamir does not take fees upfront, he takes lions share in profit.
As media is speculating for 70 per cent share for TOH.

I think both of you need to see headline again ,they have indeed asked a question stating Is Aamir unhappy ? . So where is the article making statements. Also no I don't take lessons from crap movies , kal Ko bologe sanju baba was innocent 😆
