Andaz Apna Apna- Teza Main Hu Scene.
Although it is also said by many that almost whole movie was improvised, no wonder it is so good.

Knife Scene- Piku.

Break Up Scene- Tamasha.

The Permission Scene- GOW.
The chase scene is also said to be an improvisation.

Aao, Pigeon Feeding Scene- DDLJ.

The Mirror Scene- Amar Akbar Anthony.

The Police report scene- Ugly.

If this is true then it's amazing. I (and the entire hall) laughed so hard in that scene. It was one of the (among many) funniest scene.

Govinda and kader khan used to improvise the whole movie. Those david dhawan movies. Easier for kader khan as he was a writer himself

Even sanju for that matter, he improvised a lot in Davis Dhawan movies, and Hrithik and sanju improvised a lot in mission Kashmir too, they also wrote a lot of the scenes in the movie.
