My opinion can be very biased due to his current show.

Again some people make God out of TV actors but don't realize acting in soaps is extremely different from acting in movies and the skills don't transfer easily from one medium to another.

I like his intensity in eyes during romantic scenes too..but when he has to do playful romance or comic scenes his expressions look unnatural and rehearsed. Very earnest tho..From LRL to his latest show, theres been steady improvement. Yes he can outperforms Jenny considering Jenny is more experienced than him as well.

@Bold :100% true. Movies are entirely diff ball game. Not just fans even actors dont realize they work in a limited medium. Most think just washboard abs and dancing skills can make them easily transform to TV. They shud focus on doing good work on TV than chase BW

SSR has his mood swings I think...At times he seems introvert in BW interviews..But there are reports of him dancing the night away with pretty starlets and hitting on superstar actresses at BW parties😆

Very true, sadly. I watched it and you want to root for Harshad's character but you can't. You want to hate Karanvir's character, and you do, but he played him so well. You also start feeling a little sympathetic towards him.

Anyway, KDHMD was the first Indian TV show I ever watched. It was good in the beginning but then took a nosedive like all TV soaps.

I never watched that show but KaranVir was supposed to play a bad evil villain from promos. Still ppl were rooting for him? says something😆. Maybe lack of versatility is his issue.

People who were rooting for Viraj were Karanvir's fans...I watched the show during Harshad's time and I remember the tension in the forum as the fans of Karanvir didn't like the way Harshad and his fans were hijacking the show as according to them it was supposed to be Karanvir's show!

Wasn't KDMHMD supposed to be Heer and Prem's love story? I think that was how it was promoted? However I won't be surprised if somehow SSR was promised a permanent track opposite Aditi and it would be an after marriage romance

He is not a great actor but is a pretty decent one. The only show of his that I've watched is LRL and unfortunately Rajeev was the main focus there! And I've watched couple of scenes of bepannah and like someone pointed out, he actually looks like he's aged which isn't a bad thing but just saying! 😆

And I totally agree on Jenifer being overrated. I don't even consider her a good actress! She looks good and that's about it!

KDHMD was the first and last Indian show I watched white it was still being telecast and I agree it took a HUGE nose dive after an year or so...I and a bunch of us were so passionate about this show that we used to even try and reach out to the actors and were able to establish contact with a few of them...SSR, Harshad ,Aditi ,Krystal a few others...Its very embarrassing to remember those vele fangirl days now..☺️...
