Nysa Devgan seems pretty low profile too. so we don't demand it as much as they are being shoved in our faces and our natural curiosity about their lineage gets played.

KJo's defensiveness reminds me of Alia's. It reeks of someone who knows its true but just doesn't like being called out on it.
