I personally wouldn't as unnecessary slicing/operations of the body freak me out. However, if it makes people feel happy and confident about themselves then go for it.
My issue arises from people who have had work done but lie and say everything is natural. Just admit it and own it. Only then will the stigma reduce. People who get it done act like it's a dirty secret - if they themselves think like that then can't blame others for doing so.

I vehemently oppose plastic surgery for teens. I've grown up with friends though who had rich parents that gave them cosmetic surgery gifts for their 16th birthday along with consent. It has always turned out funny without exception as in fish lips.
The FDA recommends lip fillers at age 21. But tell that to Kylie Jenner who just now turned 21, but is a lip filler veteran and thanks to her so many teens.
I think you can do a lot of things to maintain yourself through cosmetics, workouts and so on. I have seen family members have surgery for health reasons and the toll in takes. I cannot imagine anyone going for elective surgery willingly.

That said, if people do plastic surgery for God's sake don't become so unrecognizable that people do W*F. Like Renee Zelwegger. Get a good surgeon who will enhance the person you are, not make you a whole different person.

i am a full plastic surgery supporter if thats what someone wants.. i would get plastic surgery when im older and i get cosmetic treatments done regularly...

i am appalled by plastic surgery shaming that goes on in this forum and elsewhere.. a lot of time they are super ignorant and unaware of what they accuse people of having done as well.. annoying sanctimonious people

like example "botox shaming" when its swelling of the cheeks or lips.. W*F

also long lectures about how their mum never got anything done blah blah blah..good for her? don't shame others who aren't your mum *shrug*

if you are self consious about something and getting plastic surgery makes you feel better about your self...i dont think it is a problem epecially if you are unappealing
but some people who get plastic surgery end up looking worse than before like vaani kapoor
people who are cute naturally despite not being perfect looking dont need it and should not fall into pressure.

Depends on how it turns out and the necessity for it...i'll never understand why the pretty ones opt for it to enhance their already nice features and end up looking like plastic instead e.g Katrina

your life, your choice, who cares? it is only bothersome when the faces start looking ugly onscreen due to excessive work.

I am against it..I prefer natural any day over plastic..when people are confident and comfortable in their own skin and care less about looks and more about doing good work, that itself is an appealing quality for me.
But I will support when it's done on acid attack victims,burns/accident survivers etc.

I think it is perfectly fine to do whatever you wish with your body. In some cases it does enhance your features and looks. However you must atleast try to be subtle, it is an addiction for many after a while esp lip fillers.
So much money and people cannot afford a surgeon who can get them realistic looking plumped up lips.
