well i say why not? many hollywood celebs are on television series, so if bollywood celebs can make something great on web series and tv then i support that

Why not ? She should & one dosen't have to be a " flop " actor for that,

I want the BW actors to go for web series .

Aish had her time as well , everyone goes through a bad phase , SRK is going through a hard time as well he isn't labelled as a flop actor .

Why should others be ?

Web series are better than movies and hence it shouldn't be looked down upon. I don't know why the actors should be considered flop to work in a web series when they have to put in much more effort and the cost is also in crores. Many web series have made double the amount of their budget which makes it much more profitable than movies.

Movies aren't an end all be all medium for actors today. There's many more avenues. The problem is in India any avenue besides movies is automatically looked down upon. It's not as true in the West. Actors move back and forth between TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime original series, and movies all the time and no one thinks any less of them.

More actors should give original web series a try because it allows for more creative freedom and less pressure of ratings The audience is different and looking for different things. All you need is a critically acclaimed show.

LOL... Digital is here to stay. A wonderful medium to reach to wider audiences👍🏼.

Vidya is in the industry from 23-24 years. She started her career with Television. She has earned her name and carved a niche for herself. She is way beyond the so-called rat race now.😆

If she's moving to web-series, its only going to benefit her. 👍🏼

But yeah,

if a "successful career" means only working in so-called 300-crore films, then yes web-series are a good idea to "save" your career.
