I am just saying that we direct hatred toward any star kid nowadays without seeing if he has talent or not. But every outsider even if untalented do not receive even half of hatred even if they undeservingly getting movies.

I think ranbir varun and alia are accused more for nepotism than arjun shahid athiya shradha sooraj etc etc just because they are more famous. At least the former group have proved themselves than the latter one

I choose to or not to watch dharma films just like any other film - based on the genre i like, trailers and reviews.

The general audience - the audience not debating or reading debates about nepotism online don't really care and obviously don't hate dharma films - because those are the only ones guaranteed to become hits these days - without relying on just Khans .

I don't like Karan Johar for a lot of reasons - but he is a terrific mentor (I.e whoever he decides to mentor) - He and Dharma have slowly and steadily surpassed Adi Chopra and YRF.

Name one untalented outsider ? Daisy Shah ? original job choreographer dancer until Bhai decided she was lead actress material . Jackie, Nargis, Kat were for glamor and all have lasted for years more than starkids. Kat was on top, market accepted so their auditions worked more than say a Sonakshi or Athiya.

There are so many. The first one comes to my mind is sidharth malhotra. Then that girl in munna Michael. Nargis is neither beautiful nor have any screen presence she is horrible. Someone like mouni roy who has already signed 3 films. These are some people who have zilch talent and there are many who are just average.

Everyone hate Dharma? Then how come most of their movies are hits? Let's be real, most of the indians love Dharma. This forum doesn't even represent 0,005% of the actual hindi movies audience.

^People on forums take themselves too seriously. 😆 Even outsiders who already have become famous on their own still die to be in YRF and Dharma movies. Look at even guys like Akshay Kumar who is a bonafide top star and even he comes running to do crap movies like Brothers and that weird infertility movie he has coming up.

YRF and Dharma are big prestigious studios and getting a movie with them means you have made it. Even top actors who don't need them can't resist even when the material being given to them is nothing great.

Sid Mal, KJO and Dharma 😛. Munna Micheal girl has gone down South. Nargis agree, you can blame Imtiaz for that. The Naagin lady though is a great success on TV AFAIK so why shouldn't she be in movies ? She has more than proven her worth. If there is place for an unproven starkid why not someone with a fan following and successful TV shows. It is this bias that people are against . Somehow a caste of superior people because of lineage though nothing is proven. But proven people are pariah why ?

I know people keep saying Dharma is a big prestigious studio and everything. But it sounds like just good marketing for himself by Karan.

Remove SRK from Dharma's filmography and there is only Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and Agneepath left in all those years. He just makes medium scale glossy rom coms.

He ran after Ranbir and Anushka for his own directorial. Not his launches. Anushka, whom he used to look down upon. And now he is trying to get some prestige through Bahubali, and is running after Ranbir and Ranveer for big projects.

I don't think outside Akshay, any older actor is really interested in working with him. And Akshay just about does films with anyone who pays him.
