Yes... not everything has to be complicated... sometimes simple stories can be so charming if told in the right manner. Right from Imran on the horse in the streets of Mumbai to quirky Prateik n his 'chuha', Ratna Pathak n Naseeruddin shah's banter, even Arbaaz n Sohail... this movie had so many lovely moments. There are hardly any such movies nowadays.

No.

When I watched movies like these I was a child and had not yet formed my own taste or views. I found them whimsical.

Now looking at several movies through the eyes of an adult and more so exposed very much to world cinema and TV, I find so many views about so many topics horrify me. Else I find the movies cheesy.

There is a fine line between Whimsy and Cheesy. BW does cheesy more than whimsy. Or perhaps it is me.
