Sanju is set for another huge day with collections of 21.50 crore nett apprx on day five. The drop is looking to close to 15% which is excellent considering how high the collections are. This will take the film to 166 crore nett apprx in five days.
The collections of Dangal were 22.50 crore nett apprx on Tuesday coming of a similar Monday to Sanju. But that was Xmas period when collections hold up better. The fifth day of Sanju is still among the top Tuesdays of all time.
The first week is probably looking to be around 205 crore nett depending on the next two which which will be the third time a film has collected over 200 crore nett in one week. The film has also collected 3.75 crore nett in Bihar in five days and this is where Rajkumar Hirani films under perform a lot be it 3 Idiots or PK but Sanju could go and do 10 crore nett plus number in the circuit when the biggest socials like PK and Dangal have fallen short of 7.50 crore nett.
