Not necessarily. It is possible that whichever publication printed this blind did so only after rumor that it's Alia in the video leaked, hoping they'll get hits and just sensationalize this.

This also means that this has now become a big enough problem to cause a blind. KJo and Dharma need to nip it in the bud before it gains even more momentum. And if it actually is her then she and her team need to act even faster.
