Race 3 First Week Territory Breakdown

Race 3 grossed a little under 140 crore nett in week one with the best performance coming in Delhi / UP and Bihar while Mysore and Tamil Nadu / Kerala were worst. The film is huge monet spinner due to huge price for digital rights and a rebate of apprx 40 crore coming from Abu Dhabi rebate.

But there will be losses for distributors who bought the film. The producers kept Mumbai / Maharashtra, Delhi / UP and East Punjab on their books while they sold the rest of India. The price paid for all the circuits sold was 63 crore and the first week share in these areas will come to around 39 crore and the final will be around 45 crore giving a combined loss of 18 crore to all the distributors who bought the film. The producers profit will be 6-7 times these losses.

Gujarat is worst hit with a loss of 5 crore while Mysore and Rajasthan will be hit for 2 crore each. The first week territory breakdown of Race 3 is as follows.

Mumbai - 39,47,00,000

Delhi / UP - 31,95,00,000

East Punjab - 11,73,00,000

Rajasthan - 8,59,00,000

CP Berar - 7,08,00,000

CI - 5,13,00,000

Nizam / Andhra - 8,74,00,000

Mysore - 6,06,00,000

Tamil Nadu / Kerala - 2,57,00,000

West Bengal - 7,52,00,000

Bihar - 6,35,00,000

Assam - 2,28,00,000

Odisha - 2,57,00,000

TOTAL - 1,39,97,00,000

There is losses written, not "HUGE", this you can add to present a different picture, i can understand the desperation.

Wasn't Distributors ki Laashein Bichh gayi this during Tubelight, then why did they all brought Race 3 for such huge price? Didn't they realize as Salman can't get their money back?

Well, the reason was TZH Bumper Success, 167 Cr Distributor Share, 3 times their investment came back. This is RISK GAME, they knew the RISK, if they earn 3 times in TZH, i don't see threads from ppl like u HUGE PROFITS for DiSTRIBUTORS from Salman??

If this is HUGE LOSS, what will be the Loss of SRK/Aamir films which couldn't do well? JHMS, Fan, SS, Raees, Dear Zindagi?? Never seen a HUGE LOSS from your side or for those films, Distributors matter hi nahi karte ?

Your inability to accept reality won't change facts that they distributors made huge losses of 18cr. YRF distributes themselves. So Race 3 distributors and Tubelight both made huge losses which they haven't recouped.

So as per you, All YRF films weren't sold to Distributors, YRF distributed themselves, so what they were saying during TZH that they earned that much was from Salman himself other than TZH income?

Did i Deny the Loss? NO. I am not denying, it's your inability to accept the reality that it isn't HUGE loss, or else BOI or Komal would have given statement "Distributors ki laashein bich gayi".

You wanna see Komal Nahta's video where he is saying Every person involve with Race 3 has made money?
