IMO I don't think so, regardless of the decision, France would have still won. They were just a bit more better, & always looked likely to score more. Anyway it was a great final to watch between 2 good teams.

Just like brain drain we have an issue of talent drain

West Indies use to have great players..tall fast bowlers that everyone was scared of. With time they got attracted to money in USA and started playing basketball. With time ... talent drained. Now West Indies it a sh.. team at level of ZImbabwe.

In football talent from Africa is going to Europe. France had 5-6 African origin players. Belgium. Now I know technically some were born there but still. Obviously Europe discipline and training takes them to another level but raw talent is still African. This is why African graph is going lower and lower while European teams with black players are improving/

Teams like Brazil and Argentina have to fight this in future. You have these artificial hybrid worlds 11 type teams ..nothing wrong...i wont call it slavery but still its a problem. They have to raise their game or do the same.

I see bright future for such hybrid engineered team.

Anyway lets see

Again you're spewing nonsense.

Only two players of the French team weren't born in France. Still they spent most of their lives on this soil.

They are holding French citizenship and have a mentality and set of values closer to the French one than of their country of origin.

They went to French school in France, think in French... and they always played football in France.

You are confusing what Middle East contries do when the naturalize Ethiopians in athletism with the fact that France have the luxury to choose among a huge set of talents from many horizons in their country.

Also know that people who are raised in occident from immigrant parents aren't always welcome when they chose to play with their parents country. It has already ended up in clashes and fights in the locker room.

Even there they don't see thsee kids as citizens of their countries but like citizens of the country in which they grew up ad they have the mentality, behaviour...

What you're saying is shocking and not true.
