It has semi-hit status on BOI so how's that a fail? The budget plays a role in determining how well a movie does and Dilwale's budget was huge. Also it's not because it's Rohit but because it's a masala movie.

Anand Rai is a very good director. Easily one of the best in India and has a track record of making unconventional movies work. There is much more Zero wants to do than box office numbers.

Leave those kind of dumb number games to frivolous stuff like Race 3 and Rohit Shetty movies. Those kind of movies are made to crow about easy numbers and then disappear from memory within a month. Nobody cares, not even the makers. 😆

I dont see whats wrong with doing sequels😕 ..wasnt dilwale promoted as DDLJ 2 ?😆 And ofcourse audience rejected it on his face and poor king has to shut his sequel factory ..not everyone can pull audience like salman even with his sequels !
