How would you rate Rhea Kapoor as a producer?

Does she have it in her to emerge as a power player in Bollywood? She reminds me a lot of her recent collaborator Ekta, with regards to their film family background.

How involved is Anil in running the production house? Or has he also given complete control to Rhea like Jitendra did to Ekta.

Anil is not actively involved as much. During Aisha days he did appear and stuff because both his kids were quiet young then but Rhea is looking after it actively, but without a doubt the money and team is by Anil. They do however keep him in the loop.
