@ kalank: I have never put neither Varun or Alia down. In fact, I was accused in some thread to be a MID or you (!!?) just because I liked your comment. I give Like to comments- when I feel they deserve it. But please don't bring Ranveer into the debate- as far as I can see, most Ranveer fans are fine with both Alia and Varun.

I appreciated October and I am now appreciating Raazi. I will appreciate any movie if it has merits with me, and will criticise any movie that I don't feel has merits- without resorting to juvenile remarks or bashing for the sake of it.

Back to topic: Whether is 5 cr or 8 cr or 9 cr, people should just enjoy a quality movie (not look for quarrels).

And to all claiming this film had low buzz check all pre-reports from all trade analysts. Real Box Office who reports per chain figures claimed 3 days ago that it will open over 7cr because of good reports and very good buzz post trailer.

The trailer did what??? 10 million in 24hours for social media hype. It's big. But no one will deny this is Alia's show all the way. Congrats to new number 1 female star 👏

But that meant movie was bad, well Shandar was one of the worst movies ever made.

Opening shows star power/promotions success and final collection shows word of mouth.

If Raazi flops, it would mean that it didn't connected with audience, not that Alia lacks star power.
