Manish Malhotra is amongst the celebrated fashion designers, who for years has styled fashionistas ranging from the late Sridevi to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, from Kareena Kapoor Khan to Alia Bhatt, just to name a few.

While Bollywood divas like Aishwarya, Sonam Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Kangana Ranaut will be walking the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival 2018, Manish will be making his Cannes debut, this year.

Teaming up for an ice-cream brand, Manish is working on an exclusive piece for supermodel Bella Hadid with help from international designer Alexander Wang.

That's right, we will be seeing Bella walking the red carpet in a Manish Malhotra creation.

Getting candid about his Cannes debut, Manish could not be elated to work with Bella as he said, "It's an honour to create something exclusively for Bella Hadid, a true global style icon," and added, "I'm really looking forward to it."

Manish has also designed for Nawazuddin Siddiqui who will be present at Cannes 2018 for his movie Manto.

Meanwhile, Bella was in the rumour mill recently during the Coachella Music Festival where he ex-The Weeknd aka Abel Tesfaye headlined the opening night. Reportedly, the ex-flames had a reunion at the music festival and were caught kissing all night during an after-party.

However, Bella dismissed the reports when she replied to E! News' Instagram page which reported the news. Bella simply said, "It wasn't me."

"Cannes is a festival that every actor looks up to, says Mahira. "I am glad that I got this opportunity."

The next few weeks are very few busy for Mahira Khan ... and it's not just because her upcoming movie, Saat Din Mohabbat In, is gearing for an Eid release.

The actor is, in fact, busy mentally sifting through wardrobe and styling options because over the next week she'll be heading out to the International Cannes Film Festival, representing L'Oreal Paris Pakistan Haircare as their official spokesperson in Pakistan.

"I am quite sure that my hair will be open given that I am associated with L'Oreal Paris Pakistan Haircare, reveals Mahira, "but I don't know yet what I'll be wearing ... whether I'll be opting for more traditional clothes or Western couture. It's slightly nerve-racking although simultaneously exciting.

The prospect of attending Cannes is, of course, exciting given that it is one of the most illustrious film-centric festivals in the world. L'Oreal Paris has been an official partner to the festival for more than two decades now, emphasising its dedication to uniting cinema with beauty.

The brand hosts Cannes soirees and particularly gets highlighted with the considerable entourage of illustrious L'Oreal representatives that walk down the festival's red carpet. The list is quite extensive and very impressive, ranging from Julianne Moore, Jane Fonda and Eva Longoria to major Bollywood actresses like Sonam Kapoor and Aishwariya Rai.

Mahira joins the group this year, becoming the brand's first representative from Pakistan and further affirming her unique position as an international face for her country.

When I was announced as the brand's spokesperson I gave an impromptu speech on how we cannot let anyone define our worth. I stand by it.

Has she thought out about how she'll be addressing questions related to Pakistan asked by the foreign press? "I am not too worried about that, she says, "I always have it in mind that I am representing my country wherever I am and I make sure that I answer all queries honestly.

Wardrobe woes, then, are foremost on her mind right now. We're hoping that she makes Pakistan shine on the Cannes red carpet. We'll be following her via social media every step of the way!

She will walk the red-carpet on May 14 and May 15, 2018.

"Anand won't be at Cannes with her but the couple is planning an October-November honeymoon which will be delayed because of the bride-to-be's choc-oblock schedule, a source had informed Pune Mirror.

I used to love sabya at one time... Now his clothes are claustrophobic... He just piles on material on material...

You need to be super slim and super tall to not be overwhelmed by his clothes... Even DP ends up looking weird at times in sabya

Also he tends to dark and heavy colors and material.. Doesnt fit the relaxed, fun, summey-y vibe of cannes...

Hollywood Stars to Talk Female Empowerment at Cannes for L'Oreal Paris

The beauty giant, which has been the festival's official makeup partner for 21 years, is launching a live talk show style event called "The Worth It Show" that will run alongside the famous French festival from May 8 - 14.

Julianne Moore, Helen Mirren and Jane Fonda are just some of the renowned women who will be taking to the stage during the Cannes Film Festival to air their views on cinema, beauty, and female empowerment for L'Oral Paris.

The beauty giant, which has been the festival's official makeup partner for 21 years, is launching a live talk show style event called "The Worth It Show" that will run alongside the famous French festival from May 8 - 14.

The nightly series will be hosted by French TV star Ophlie Meunier, who will talk to some of L'Oral Paris' famous ambassadors about careers, projects and female empowerment.

French film star Isabelle Adjani -- who was announced just days ago as the latest L'Oral Paris ambassador -- will kick things off on May 8, before Hollywood legend Julianne Moore and the actress Leila Behkti take to the stage the following evening. May 10 will see Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone share her thoughts, followed by spokesmodel Aja Naomi King on May 11. Indian actress Aishwarya Rai and British thespian Helen Mirren will participate on May 12, with Danish actor Nicolaj Coster-Waldau stepping in on May 13, before Hollywood icon Jane Fonda Fonda has her say on May 14. According to a press statement from the brand, "the L'Oral Paris family will be joined by more celebrities from cinema and beyond" during the series.
The Worth It Show will take place on Cannes's Martinez Beach, and will be accessible to both festival attendees and the general public, in addition to being broadcast live on the brand's social media channels.
