Deepika is a True courageous lady who overcame her own stigma of accepting her illness openly rather than brushing it under the carpet and now helping others openly speak about the same.

It is good to accept your mental disorders, get treatment, create awareness like Deepika. Rather than putting ur ego above getting medical help, living in delusions and becoming a incorrigible nuisance to those around like a certain loudmouth.

opening up to any sort of mental illness in a world as judgemental on mental health as it gets and seeking help to fight that and inspire others to do the same..is ANYTHING but victimizing yourself..it needs hell lots of courage and guts if anything

and then we ask why do people not open up on mental health issues..when we judge them this much..

The way she talks about depression, her speech she gives, how she helps inspires me and I it a smile on my face. I love the way she supports this cause because it will help people like me or the rest of the world. Love her for this movement. She's so humble
