I think below average pretty much means flop but in a politically correct way. Maybe Anushka getting more flack because she didn't learn her lesson first time after Phillauri

October ia still running in the thetres and its verdict is not out yet

Below average is a flop

Thirdly pari didn't earned that much

Fourthly its not always male vs female. Hitchki too released in the same perioud and is a clean hit as far as i know

Female Centric ho ya Male Centric. Movie acchi ho toh sab chalengi. Atleast, these days people are rejecting shitty movies irrespective of the cast.

Wait. Why is Pari considered a flop? Are those actual figures cause am pretty sure it didn't make that much. And October is a flop too. There's literally zero buzz in GP about it. Don't go by twitter tho or you'd think it's the movie of the century or something. I went and watched it on the third day/fourth day and the hall was dead. Hardly 15-20 ppl.
