ARH, is Infact, said to be in her late 30s. She was always very pretty, but after her surgeries she has become really beautiful. She claims she was super-healthy & exercises but her youth potions = Exercise & surgery. Lol.

I think this is what actress do to hide their age.I remember seeing Bhumi pednekar 'age in 2015 theyear she made her debut and she was 30 yrs then .But recently when I checked she is still in her 20's.

Therefore I admire actress Shweta Tripathi who had said in her interview that she was almost finalised for a big banner film,but when they came to know she is 30yrs old they replaced her.So then you can't blame actors who reduce their age.

It should work but you have to use sunscreen. Fruits are natural mild AHAs(Citric acid, Malic acid, Lactic acid,Mandelic acid). AHA and BHA are best exfoliants which help in removing dead skin off your face, cleanse your pores, improve the skin. Eat more Citrus fruits for Vit C. Dahi has Lactic acid,so you can apply it on the face for exfoliation. Papaya and Pineapple have enzymes which help in exfoliation too.
