What youth elixir is Aditi Rao Hydari taking?

I know she is supposed in her 40's and has had plastic surgery and other procedures but she doesn't look too plastic, I guess. And I think she is still very beautiful even after whatever she has done. She looks 10-15 years younger than her real age. Anyone have any ideas how she can manages to look so young *besides obvious cosmetic procedures*?

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.Especially Kiwis,Apples,Strawberries and watermelons.Drink orange+grapefruit juice daily.Do workouts.

^ thank you. I eat fruit every day and I noticed I feel better, my skin does look less dull and my hair looks nice and try to keep healthy too.

No, she's supposedly 32.

If you pretend she's 45 and then say she looks 10 years younger, which falls to her actual age then I do not know what this is even..!!!

If you start taking care of skin from your teenage years, it helps a lot. You age better than others.. Use whatever suits your skin regularly and religiously, drinking lots of water / coconut water..and sunscreen really helps. But it has to be regular.

Okaaay. Well apparently there are whispers in the air saying she is older than 32. I didn't claim it was a fact, but it's bw so who really knows? I should have worded myself a little better and said she is apparently in her "40's" according to rumors. My mistake there.
