Having watched his review, Jaby and Archara seems like

didn't liked the lack of emotional quotient in the movie.

As they said, the realism of the movie didn't made them

comfortable, they wanted happy ending or at least a slice

of life speech in the end, but they didn't got it because,

October was never about the positives, it was about life

just as it is.

Although they did appreciate the director, cinematography and obviously the actors.

They possibly wanted to cry, but could not because they

had different expectations. And it happens, when we

go expecting something and don't get the results we wanted, we end up being not really fond of.

Like the hall I watched the movie, people were expecting

Shuili(Bandita's character) to wake up and get hooked

with Varun, some thought that she will already have a

boyfriend. But as the movie went, and they were hit by the

reality, people were growing frustrated 😆.

As I said it in the review thread, October is so much

filled with realism, majority people will not really be

fond of it.

It s a good film . Not a shoojit kind of film.

Performances by varun praise worthy.

It was like a documentary

Not for general masses who want some happiness going to multiplex.

It's good material for film students though
