kajol..who is years elder to her..who was chosen to play the 'unattractive' one next to the hottie (simpler times) rani in KKHH..looks so much younger..better and more stylish than her now

She is the wife of Adi Chopra, the biggest studio owner in India. She has had him green light movie after movie. What would her resume be without him ?

Power ? What power does Deepika and Priyanka have ? If ABC pulls the plug on PC, her ass will be right back in India and for DP what power does she have exactly without directors ? At least PC has a production company, DP does not.

As for Adi dumping Rani's ass, she is not Payal Chopra. She knows how he works because she was the one who had an affair. Payal was blindsided, Rani will not be. She waited so long to be YRF Malkin, she will not let Adi blind side her or be stupid enough not to anticipate an affair. Don't underestimate the Mukerjee girls to keep a cheating husband. Ajay has been nailing anything that allegedly moves, but could Kangana the supposed man eater get him to leave Kajol ? No. Any drama like the Hrithik one ? No.

Rani knows exactly how things work, she is no fool. She and Kajol are like Jaya Bachchan. They know what they want and what compromises to make. Today Jaya Bachchan is the one with the jewels, the houses, name, the children, the famous bahu and the grandkids, who does not seem to give a f**k about fashion. No Kanjeevaram sari for her or dyed hair. Rani will be YRF malkin till the end of her days., with the baby now it is more secure and she is just showing that off IMO. Her jewelry has gone up dramatically, notice. Who knows how many people insulted her before ? She is showing off now IMO

Rani is an upstart - had to work her ass off, wasn't an A lister star kid, and now is the wife of one of the most powerful men in Bollywood. i've also felt that she was someone who had a lot of complexes - around 2006-7, she was snubbed royally by the Bachans, Kajol etc. Even for Kjo she was always the second option to Kajol. I guess now she feels vindicated and its developed into a superiority complex.

And no, AdiC will never divorce her. Don't think he can afford another one - the first one itself was so bitterly fought in the courts wrt alimony, he won't have the energy for a second one. And a kid is involved, so that reduces the chances even more.

CT: There are always insecurities. What security or rather, guarantee does an Ambani have of his own money at the end of the day? What guarantee does a PC then or a DP have? DP will in all likelihood step back for the LOHL (love of her life) RS, come up-front & centre. Sridevi lived & in just an instant, was gone! There is never any guarantee.

But Rani is married to one of the most powerful & influential men in BW & waited years for him to marry her. Whatever affair he will have with anyone, she will make sure that the power & influence stays with her more than the new upstart in her hubby's life. That's what she is ultimately after. As for arrogance, she has got what she wanted & is well-regarded as one of our best actresses of which is she most deserving! People are arrogant for far less. 😆

I don't agree with her on the pay parity issue though but that opinion also says a lot about her ..very few people considered the disclaimer that she gave before her opinion " please before criticising me on social media , treat my opinion as personal " ..she is totally like an open book now ..like me , good ..do not like me , I care a f**k ..:)

As for she being adi Chopra's wife only , in the age of feminism and equality(lol), how conveniently we forgot her diverse filmography and spectacular performances , each different from one another ..

When she was diplomatic, people called her fake ..now she is brutally honest , people r calling her off putting ..those who don't like her will find new ways to put her down lmao ..

I just watched one interview of her with Masand, she didn't sound arrogant to me. She sounded like a new mother who couldn't stop talking about her child and also confident wife and actress who knows her craft. We got to give her credit where it is due, she is one of the best actress of our times..just watching her Hichki trailer put smile on my face. We don't have actresses like them anymore.

So if she is coming across as arrogant , she has right to be.

This is why I like Ash better! Ash was also arrogant but she mellowed down quite a lot after marriage and became more warm! She was so bad in her interviews people lol icy and distant
