Array bhai if they had to make something up then they shouldn't have exaggerated it this much. No one can last without sleep for more than a few days.

I heard this joke in a movie about method acting, getting too involved in your character

After crossing 3 nights, in the morning i had no idea where i was, what i was speaking couldn't tell what was real or not... around 5 am i dozed off.

Thats not possible at all. One wouldnt be able to function after being this sleep deprived.

My record is 48 hours. It gets very very difficult to stay up after that. Your mind stops functioning due to the fatigue, and you feel drunk. Concentration goes for a toss!
