Well .. the star status is usually based on the status of the films an actor works in. Considering that, AB Jr. and Sonakshi both are A listers (we like it or not) but of course, it isn't to their own credit or hard work. So far, all the films that they've got are because of the surnames they hold. But well .. I hope this doesn't goes on for much longer than it already has .. either they should get no work or get work based on their own credibility, that would mean their star status would go down to somewhere at F Lister unless they really improve by leaps and bounds.

Note: I was just thinking .. I think AB Jr. has completed almost two decades 😵in this industry .. woah .. that is incredible considering how almost all his films have been flops .. he is literary the flag bearer of nepotism, the most unsuccessful yet lasted-so-long one of the star kids. This in itself is the only achievement of AB Jr.

I want to say the same for KKK as well (considering that they debuted with the same film and hence, the same time) but she has on an average been better at acting as well as maintaining her looks compared to the lazy AB Jr. Both ended up marrying high profile actors though, ensuring another undeserving excuse of longevity.

To me I equate it with star power. People like PC/KKK who havent been as active as before but are still able to retain some extreme fan. Or people like Dpad/Anushka who can bring in audience to the theater. But obviously 7 people think different.

I just think KKK is different since she can act, had a lot many hit films, last 2 films had her as the lead and were able to draw audience. People follow her style. She has brand value.

On Ab Jr. I get your logic, but how come no one is offering him films anymore? He doesn't even have fans, its his wife's/father's fan who show him some sympathy.
