Good morning Hippo

Yesterday temperature was milder and I had to dress light and I thought it would be the same today so I wore same layers. However it was so cold I had to put my hands in pocket...however my sandwich (yes i did not leave it in car) was in my hand. So I rotated few times with sandwich in left hand and right hand in pocket and vice versa. lol

Made some tea...now feeling better

Sandwich is resting in peace as well.

Will try to sneak out early today...looks like not many here.

Dont worry ..I work 3-4 hours from home as well so my total time on work is 10+

So dont be in pain for my work place...they are not getting hours but a person like hippo whose 10 hours of work is probably 20 hours of ordinary person.

20. Make sure toilet is nearby after eating 10 guppas. Guppas are good digestive stimulant

Hippo's take on Salman Khan case and post decision scenario

1) Judge

I, Judge DASH, hereby find the defendant # 1 Salman Khan guilty of killing an animal and under section 420 of cruelty against animal. Defendant is hereby ordered to deposit rs 10,000 and jailed for 5 years. Court is hereby dismissed.

Judge walks outside of his chamber and goes for lunch. Goes to court cafe and orders "ramu kaaka, ek chicken tangri aur do naan di jiyo zara. naan main thoda makhan laga dena. zaada nahi..main dieting main hun"

2) Haters outside courtroom

As soon as the verdict is announced...group of 15 starts jumping yeah...celebration and dance to beat of dhol. Tears flowing as well...finally ...girls and boys get into the jeep and goes to cafe to celebrate. their faces are glowing with pride...there is insaaf...there is justice.. rang de basanti music is playing..one guy saltues the flag.

In cafe water comes..ask shaab ji kya order karon...

Shaab...aaj ki party meri taraf se... jaa sab ko meri taraf se chicken tikka ...malai boti...aur ek ek 7 Up

3) On social media.

Few people in pain have finally got what they wanted. Both sitting side by side. One is writing a tweet...hash tag..no more rich getting away...libartards go to hell..we will reclaim our nation

When suddenly one burps...other asks..what the heck are you doing. he says oh sorry..aaj chicken vindaloo zaada ho gaya.

4) Far away in US

few animal right activists celebrating as well. No they are not going to eat meat. You cannot make fun of them Hippo... but then its time for lunch. One is very shuddh vegetarians..he does not even touch meat.. He goes out to his garden and rips apart tomatoes...eggplants...then milks a cow for tea and then come backs and prepares food. A tree which took months to have veggies and fruits now lost it all. While gases are brewing inside the person

What the heck is going on. Animal cruelty MY FOOT. A chicken gets slaughtered but its not animal cruelty...just because there are too many. What next discriminating against India and China because they are too many and giving special previlage to Danish people because they are so few. So being too many is a crime now...kill them and no punishment.

Just sort yourself out...endangered. protector...tears flowing...bunch of fake dramas...

Rate at which people are eating meat and cutting trees...these will become endangered

Hippo's suggestion is to FINE SUCH PEOPLE SO HEAVILY THAT THEY DO NOT DO IT AGAIN. Sending a person in jail? Shame on such laws and all who are celebrating. i would put them in jail for eating meat. lol.

pheww..let me check what i am ordering for lunch..tangerine fish with rice looks good. lol

Yes it will. Kindda like traffic police

Here in US people are straight as a dandaa and afraid of getting fined. While back home they are driving on opposite side of the road.

U can add points and after a certain threshold more strict punishment can come

but jailing on basis of endangered while massacre is going on of chickens, goats, lambs and outside India cows...fishes...and everywhere trees...veggies...fruits are taken away just because they do not have feelings or cannot express..is NOT FAIR

I am not an activist..but I wont tolerate this farce as well..jailing people on these issues/

this is not smart way to deal with it...and fake pseudos are celebrating while they will help themselves with some meat...hypocrites.

I kinda disagree. People in US and desi countries are different.

People here are not used to fines and things...because the rich always find their way...corruption is rampant too. I don't know much about US but I think the officials are not as corrupt...

Though I agree nobody cares about animals and plants. Endangered species are protected only because their extinction can ultimately threaten human survival.

On such issues smart punishment is required. Smart punishment are effective and work.

For example a fine of 1 crore rs cash would have deterred him forever.

jailing a person on killing an animal just because it is endangered does not make sense

if killing an animal is so painful then apply it to all animals..

Nah...1 crore is not going to deter him. 1 crore is peanuts for him.

But then, I also believe that the punishment is way too harsh. 5 yrs? That's too much IMO.

In the US, I think jail time is 1 year with around $20000-$50000 fine

Well you cannot make law based on Salman Khan. Just because it is peanuts for him does not mean you can make fine 10 crore.

Repeat offenders can be threatened with 1 year jail as well

but 5 years for killing a deer ..when chickens goats cows lambs are being slaughtered all over the world is wrong.
