No, I don't think he would gotten Rajpal Yadav roles. If he couldn't get roles then he would have done Action Chorgrapher, Direction and Screen Play. Better than nothing.

I would have hire Ajay any day a director or producer. Regardless of his looks, he gained a massive mass following in the 90s. Otherwise they would have not bothered. Same goes for any Action Hero including Sunny Deol.
