Yes everyone is different and is willing to endure different things. It's a choice. It doesn't make anyone better or worse. Like Aamir for example will not ever be able to work with someone like SLB...he cries when people treat him poorly...even a little bit...he was hurt when his own wife was not nice to him on the sets of Dhobi Ghat...most people if they could would work with people who respect you and treat you kindly...

And SLB is not keen on working with Sonam either I am pretty sure. He goes with whoever gives him hits. 😃
