Several questions immediately came to mind ... I do not have answer so enlightenment would be appreciated.

1. It appears this is a birthday celebration. The cake looks like a mess and there is 2 inch mushroom shape structure on it which the birthday girl trying to eat. What is that structure?

2. A middle aged 50 year old lady is standing close by in short knickers and constantly shouting deep something..i think its deep boat ..can someone tell what is that word and what does it mean

3. Who from bollywood is in there. I see Arora sisters but I dont see Kapoors. Who is there ..can someone provide the full list.
