Akshay Kumar reacts on Salman Khan not being a part of his film Kesari

Akshay Kumar, who is currently busy
promoting his film PadMan which is slated
for release on 26th January 2018, finally
reacted on the whole issue of Salman Khan
not being a part of the film Kesari. Karan
Johar, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar had
announced at the beginning of the year
that they will be working on a project
together. However, one year down the line
things have panned out differently. Salman
Khan came out in the open and clarified
why he stepped out of the film saying that
Karan's production house had worked a lot
on the film and it wasn't right to just add
his name to the film for the heck of it. After,
Salman, Akshay has reacted to the whole
situation saying that , "Karan Johar and I
are making it. It did not happen."
The actor also added that, "The film is titled
Kesari and it is being made. I will start this
film in January. We will be continuously
shooting for it after PadMan releases."
Kesari is slated to release on Holi of 2019.
Currently Akshay is busy with the
promotions of his upcoming film PadMan
opposite Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor.
