Better then the typical mentality of bashing the director who decides to cast someone he trusts for the project HE is helming.

If you dont like to see RS in SLB movies, then ignore the movie. Dont watch it, who is asking for your esteemed view about who he should cast. Its his project NOT yours. People are gonna invest on the basis of his vision NOT yours.

But if they are okay with it, who are we to crib. These type of people are there in all fields.

Our vfx supervisor for the movie 'Life of Pi' made the whole team cry so much, expecting better quality then even the final approved product, sometimes he would ask us to work more even after the director Ang Lee has approved the scene. So its normal for some passionate people to work like that.

But plzz take another actress this time!! Maybe alia?

I don't think this is true tbh

With the circus that padmavati release has become, how does Ranveer even jump into doing another film with SLB? Even with assuming or not assuming SLB had anything to do with it, it must be stressful as an actor to go through such a period of tension surrounding the film. Though realistically speaking, if the director gives you a hit then it doesn't matter how much stress there is while trying to release the film I guess.

Don't see any problem, it's not new in the industry. Yash Chopra/Aditya/Karan-Shahrukh Khan, Ranbir-Ayan, Salman- Sooraj Barjatya, Leonardo DiCaprio-Martin Scorsese, etc are hit Director-Actor duos.
