It depends on person to person. Some very successful women take their husbands last name. It doesn't take away their identity. It should depend on the woman in question. If anu has any problem she would address it. It appli3s to men too

No, they are neither breaking stereotypes nor any pattern of patriarchy (they won't claim themselves). It was a practical decision taken out of their conscious volition.

Kholi will only gain more by shifting to Mumbai which will serve his business interests more and BCCI headquarters is also stationed there.

^^ For actresses marriage and kids r considered as death knell and the girls who take on both when they r still in their prime and in any angle has quite a few years left for their career in the traditional sense and still continue to get on with the career it's rare.
Anushka isn't the first of all time but she is of her own generation. Hopefully Sonam will follow soon enough. It's good to see girls I love settling down in to stable personal lives.
Example I loved that Kajol married young who was my absolute fav back then. And I was totally sad for Preity who got everything wrong who was the other one I loved. So Anushka and Sonam who r the ones I like from this gen settling is special for me. And if they manage to have a decent career post marriage it's setting a good precedence once again just like Kajol did. And Kareena and Ash did one step further by embracing motherhood and still being career women.
This isn't like which ones we like and which ones we hate. I cannot stand Kareena. But I totally totally applaud her for the way she simply goes on working like a woman in any other career path even after motherhood simply ignoring the chauvinistic expectations of giving the desirability of a woman in movies an expiry date when men r able to go on forever!
