So stop calling her flop.

I think she could have waited just to see how sui dhaaga shapes up.

I don't blame her. Virat kohli should have said her, I am there to wait for you, just give some more years and see how you shape up in terms of star value and brand endorsements.

If virat would hv been supportive I don't think anu would have got married so soon

That's what shocked me. The actresses of her league are single or dating and focused on career but virat isn't supportive that's the reason they broke up during the shooting of sultan.

Call me old-fashioned but , I feel it is harder to walk out of marriages than a bf-gf rel'ship or even a long-term live-in (all publicly acknowledged) .. at least they arent prolonging their courtship for years before one of them quits on it because they "grew apart" or something like that..

So I don't think there is a right or wrong time.. I mean.. when would be the right time then? After another 5-7 years? As some sort of "last resort" for her, when her bollywood career portraying "youthful roles" is over and when she feels she suddenly wants to rush and get married and have kids soon after .. before it is .. "too late" ?And would Virat be willing to wait for so long?

See, it depends on your priorities. If Anushka felt she didn't want the baggage of everything that comes with being a married bollywood actress (for example, according to some, touching 30 and being married automatically "ages" bollywood actresses thereby putting them out of the "top young stars of bw" competitive space) then she mightn't have wanted to get married the next 4 years or so. And there would have been nothing wrong with that either.

But obviously that isn't the most important thing for her (unless she is confident marriage won't change anything for her career-opportunity-wise).. I think working is though, which she will continue doing .. through acting (and she has a couple of interesting films in the pipeline) and producing.

He is moving to Mumbai to be with her, which confirms that she will be continuing working.

They have been together for 4 years, and she is almost 30, so yes why not.

They were dating for 4-5 years. At that point, you either have to get married or break it off for good. Overly long dating relationships hardly ever make it so she had to make a decision. Even if the other person loves you, you can't make anyone wait forever. Everyone wants a commitment and gets on with their life eventually and she has to take Virat's feelings into consideration too and not just worry about her career.

She's been pretty smart about how she's handled things. Her career isn't really focused on looks or on being young and hot. She has a production company where she makes small movies she stars in. She will be okay.
