MEB: Nah, I've been stalking threads for a while now. Old threads. And while is like a few weeks. 😆 But mostly even open threads though it took me ages to type a reply out. But I've noticed that you are open, confident and head strong about you opinions, no matter what they are. And you don't take shit from anyone, don't bash or favor some celebrity over the other... Most of all, like me, I guess you don't like the term fans and their rabid Fandom. I'm not sure about that but though. But as I said, you opinion remains firm no matter who the topic is about, unbiased and man, your confidence. I need that in my life. And you write really well too! About Mira, I initially thought she was cute and pretty when she married Shahid and their chemistry was evident. And they were initially goals. But then I don't know, her statements got absurd by the second, then I didn't like her randomly targeting mothers and Kareena and the constant presence in the media put me off. There's something off putting about her, I can't figure out what. But she's okay I guess. I don't know what people she in her. But man, I'm finding Misha cute these days. Aaradhya too! Aaradhya has an amazing personality and kind heart from what little can be seen in the media and that makes her the most beautiful for me. I love she is in so much sync with Aishwarya and worries about her Mom so much like that hospital incident where someone posted a gif of her consoling Ash or how innocent she is tbh.

Out of topic, media houses on Instagram are posting videos of Saif and Kareena arriving Sashi Kapoor residence and man, Kareena looks so heart broken and about to cry in one of those videos and Saif (I'm guessing, he's at the driver seat) tells the media to stop blocking their car and they want footage and bite. It breaks my heart. Is this what the world has come to? It's sad.

We just have different ways of showing it and different thresholds, if you get what I mean. I'm sure you slay in real life! And I'm rooting for you! I've been acquainted and involved with a bare minumum of Fandoms and have observed plenty. And the shit that goes down there is crazy! I joined IF at a pretty young age, so it was fun but now that I think of it, it was fun but I had pretty much no idea what was going on. Then people started to leave IF and connect on other social media and I did that and that was a revelation! The horror stories that I heard and then observed. Then in 2013-2014 I joined IF back again to follow a TV show and/or write a fanfiction but wasn't involved in the forum. Then checked the Fandom on social media. And man, they made lunatics look absolutely sane and nice. Harassing random teenagers, celebrities asking their fans or instigating fans to harass 13-14 year olds to cover their lies, the level of harassment, pain, hurt and manipulation. It was a nightmare. I made a couple of IF friends due to that Fandom who quit before the Fandom got toxic and are now real life friends and that was much pretty much it.

But in all honesty, it seems fun but it f**ks you up in the real sense. All this toxicity. And I'd rather take what good people have to offer than to blindly obsess with them. To me, all celebrities are human and entitled to their humanity. But to their Fandoms they're immortal gods, and that's where our mentalities clash. All said, I'm waiting for something nice to show up, so I can meet nice and understanding people who understand my thought process and can live with it and then befriend them. We all can dream, can't we? 😆

Sorry for the rant.

^^Not at all, don't be sorry. And I could NOT agree more with you!!! The fan mentality here & the absolute craziness that's exists especially on TV forums, frightens me. That's why I hardly venture there. But even here, it is only marginally better. I do love what you said about celebs & humans & I so wish there were more members who felt this way. You are good.
