Yes, Kangana Ranaut is preparing for her
directorial debut Teju. But it seems another
project has taken her fancy in the
meanwhile. It belongs to her friend Shailesh
R Singh, who will produce the movie. He
narrated the thriller to her one day and she
loved it and promptly agreed to do it. So
now after she completes Manikarnika: The
Queen Of Jhansi, she will start this film. Teju
will have to wait for a bit more now.

oh god thank god..

i had almost gotten a heart attack when she said that her hunger of acting has died down after simran n manikarnika n she will take up direction after that in barkha dutt interview before simran😭 this was disheartening n i was praying that it shouldn't happen perhaps kangana was the only one i heard wanted to quit acting n take up direction...n strong willed as she...she might end up doing it..but i wanted her to act..

she, VIDYA BALAN and Konkana are my favs and I want all these three to keep working till the end. their work inspires me rest i don't even consider as actresses...personally i am not really fond of anyone becoz of their personal lives..so personally it never affects..their work remains the priority. touchwood

Glad that kangana has decided to pursue her acting career. Hope her directorial venture gets postponed indefinitely. This is risky at this stage of her career. She needs to learn the craft, equip herself well in all departments of film making before she embarks on the new journey. I would love to see the 'act' in the actress for some more time. Only point of concern is she needs to choose good scripts.

Hope this time she will stick to only acting and not poke her nose in the other aspects of the movie, letting the director n writer do their job with less stress.
