Depression is not sadness that you just "get over." Depression is a disease that always stays with you and that requires continuous medication. There are times that are better and times that are worse but it's a lifelong thing.

As far as I remember she got help. She was clinically diagnosed and treated and I believe she's in remission now. Depression is treatable and definitely can be pushed to oblivion if the correct lifestyle is maintained. It all depends on the stage of it. Her family has stated it was caught on early so claws hadn't set in for years of treatment. What's not to understand. Depression is different for everyone.

Why will she give any f**k to the ppl who have threatened her. This is a strong point of her life that she is standing up for herself and movie. It should be a low point for those creeps wanting to burn her alive. Perspective.

Funny how ppl here think they get to choose Deepika's low points in life 😆. Ranbir meant the world to her. Nobody gets a hugeass tattoo on their body just for a boyfriend. She clearly planned to settle down with him. And it must have hurt like shit when he cheated. Clinically getting diagnosed by depression is a huge thing. Its therapy for months along with Anti-depressants. f**ks up with your entire system. Anyway,i wish her well. She's been incredibly strong during this entire padmavati ruckus.

Is mein kia problem hai? If RK and the depression are the lowest points of her life, she is indeed lucky to have overcome them and in fact in one situation used it to her best advantage. Thats what I call turning things in your favor👏

Thats not true.. I was clinically diagnosed with depression during my teenage years and I am most certainly not on continuous medication

Maybe because the Filmfare feature was shot a couple months back before the death threats and other drama.
