Aamir had a bad reputation of interfering but except the people with whom Aamir worked early in his career like Mahesh Bhatt or Ram Gopal Verma in recent time he hasn't pissed off anyone. He has worked with a mammoth director named Raju Hirani twice now working with Victor twice. Also Aamir do not make him the centrepiece of everything unless otherwise required like PK. Kangana on the other hand is neither a creative genius like Aamir nor she commands respect from her colleague. Rangeela and DHKMN were two films where Aamir was accused of interference primarily. Look at the end product..and Look at where Kangana's interference ended up --> Katti batti , Rangoon and Simran. Enough said !

But Amir took two decades before he started controlling (coming from filmy family). Till Dil Chahta Hain, we never heard Amir interference. First time in Lagaan, we heard.

After that, he spent years making Mangal Pandey. It might have been a failure. But since then, we hear more about his involvement in other aspects of movies.

Kangana is still young. Let her concentrate on acting first. She can expand later, with more experience.
