Biopic For Dharma
Biopics are definitely the flavour of tinsel town and the latest filmmaker to hop onto this bandwagon is Karan Johar, who has bought the rights to make a film on Gunjan Saxena, India's first woman combat aviator. She went all guns blazing into the heart of the war zone that was Kargil, 17 years ago.
Fun fact: Saxena's father and brother were in the Army and in 1994, she became one of 25 young women who formed the first batch of women IAF trainee pilots.
